What nutrition slogan would you recommend? - slogan

I joined this poster making contest in the motto of the school and really need help with a slogan. The theme is: "Good nutrition is necessary, the disease of lifestyle," or something. The regulation also stipulates that the slogan should be composed of 4-10 words, except articles. Please help me!
