Bathroom box bugs

Is this a sour stomach? Or something more serious? - sour stomach more condition_treatment

Sometimes my stomach is very acidic. I do not know why it is happening, at random times. It feels almost like the neck, almost as if they burn a little.

Is it just heartburn or something more? If there is a different matter, an idea that might be what?
